Personal Introduction
Zhiwei (CJ) Lin is a Yat-sen Postdoctoral Fellow at the School of Tourism Management, Sun Yat-sen University. He obtained his Ph.D. in Management from Sun Yat-sen University in 2025 and was a visiting research student at the University of Queensland from July to December 2023. His research focuses on the tourism, leisure, and hospitality sector, with a long-term interest in the multidimensional well-being of stakeholders, sustainable behaviors, and the compatibility between well-being and sustainable behaviors. He has published first-author or co-first-author papers in leading international journals such as Journal of Travel Research, Tourism Management, Journal of Sustainable Tourism, International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, Journal of Travel & Tourism Marketing, Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Management, Tourism Management Perspectives, International Journal of Tourism Research, and Journal of Vacation Marketing. He is currently anad-hoc reviewer for over twenty highly-regarded international journals and is an editorial board member of the Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Research.
